Installed these as well on my 2022 AT. Video was great. Covered everything that’s needed. Although the bolt that goes through the exhaust in the first part of the video seems to be longer than the one I got and the c-clamps have a wider gap on the 2022 compared to your video but the gaps are even and everything is torqued and tight. Again, great designs and product!

I'm just trying to install this now, the exhaust bolt is definitely not long enough. I could technically get it to catch and torque it to spec, but it won't catch through the entire nut. I'll need to go to the store and get one longer.

The OEM skid plate of the standard Africa Twin 1100 needs to be slightly bent at the left side rear end. A tiny bend only to clear the engine guard’s right side tubing

@@UnknownNonsense777 the OEM skid plate should be removed for ease of installation. The standard version CRF1100L’s skid plate needs very little modifications, just bend the lip of the left rear end where the notch is.

Our Africa Twin 1100 products are compatible with the standard model as well and not just the Adventure Sports. We just happen to have an Adventure Sports model in our development bike fleet.
