That's looking great John. I would have went with a black steel sprocket for increased wear and contrast but it doesn't matter what I would have done. It's looking awesome.Cheers.

Best to finish at the valve stem so the bead can fall into the “drop”. I always coat the tube with baby powder too. Dam that’s a nice set of wheels.

I've never ran more than about 16 psi on any dirt bike I've ever ridden. Do these particular tires call for 34 psi?

Hello, if you often assemble wheels, why don't you use a tire fitting machine (for example Hunter), it is much faster with it and saves energy

Since most of our audience is do-it-yourselfers working on their own stuff at home, they're probably doing it the more labor-intensive way without a machine-- so we chose to do it that way so they could see how.
