I have that issue but the only way to put it in gear is to put the key in the steering lock when you showed that is above the steering wheel. My shift lever usually gets stuck so I have to force it. I only use the key to put it in gear from P to D or R but don't use it when I put from R to D or vice versa. Sometimes when I want to put it on D4 it goes to D3 or 1 or 2. Hate that. What can I do?

@@tylerholden4897 I have the same issue as well. My CRV(98) just won't shift into D3 or below..but park, reverse, N, and D4 are fine.

I can't believe you make a video using a standard shift car to explain an automatic. I was expecting you to show the automatic and show doing the repair like a regular fix video instead of try to explain it. Not much help
