what a great video! No BS, no intro, you get right to the point. Plus, your work space and style is totally "real-world" on a cluttered bench with other half-finished projects lying around. It's kind of funny, but totally real. You make the job look doable, and you show us how to do it. THANKS!

The input shaft bearing has an oil seal what do you call that? I don't understand about the leaking of the oil near the speed sensor. I tried replacing the distributor seal, solenoid seal and as well as the speed sensor but still there is leaking near the speed sensor but my mechanic told me that the seal near the input shaft bearing needs to be replaced. Is that the problem. What do you think about it? Hope to get reply from you. Thank you it helped me a lot.

I did this last year but could not for the life of me get the snap ring to go back on the counter shaft. I even tried a LOT of "atomic drops" as the Honda forms suggested. I ended up just going to the junk yard and buying another trans for like $120 and it was a shorter geared EX instead of the DX/LX trans I had before.

Hii sir greetings. In my front wheel drive, when I release the clutch in 1st gear, there is a jerking noise, and then the car moves. The same problem occurs when changing gears, including reverse gear. All engine mounts, wheel bearings, clutch kit, flywheel, and both main shaft bearings have been replaced, but the problem persists. Please help me with this issue.
