Yes, its a natural run which we do mostly.. Some static run, some city run, some gully/street run, and a little free run of kms in between. Static run is very common, like ur family or kids go to a store, and we sit inside with Engine & AC ON.

Bro, i also bought elevate last month. Do you get screeching sound of brake when you release after holding brake (in D mode) to make vehicle move?

Thanks for the video Sri. Vtec's mileage keeps on increasing with age. Hope the trend does continue with elevate. Honda seems to have got it right this time cause they have been selling 3000 units per month. 👍

My previous car too was a Honda make, WRV Petrol VX ivtech (2018). zero issues for 4½ yrs, I loved it a lot, the engine was so silent, at times i had to check RPM needle if its running. And so is Elevate, silent and smooth shifting of CVT gears.

People complain abt engine noise at high RPM, Its wrongly projected, Actually you can easily go above 120 with simple and gradual acceleration, and easily overtake on highways or cities. But what the KZbinRS forget to say is, that any Automatic car has to adjust to the gears/pulleys in SUDDEN acceleration. but if you are city rider and balanced kind of driver, Honda is always the best in engines.

Mine is Phoenix Orange. I never liked white..though its the most sold colour. I wanted to have a different and attractive color. I choose Blue initially, but shifted to Orange. This orange is different to other brand's Orange. It looks reddish orange in some angles. Though Orange was not my initially preferred colour, but I am loving it and many are praising the colour.

@@premlshrini Thank you Brother I have booked white earlier in this October. Dealer is saying white has lot of demand and it will take time. Why you have picked Orange over Blue? I am also from Hyderabad How much the Lane watch camera is useful in Hyderabad Traffic? And is it easy to maintain Orange Color over White and Blue?

@@Srinivas7 Blue is good. But Elevate blue is a bit like BMW blue, but it suits more on Sedans like Honda City etc. when the cars came for display in showrooms, Blue is less attractive than orange. Also i have concern abt night visibility, Dust and scratches are easily visible too. White & Red being very common i never preferred, Skoda Kushaq Red is super beautiful, Honda Red is bit different and dull. So got lured by Phoenix Orange. I have made numerous visits prior to delivery, to check the colour of this new Orange Car in sunlight rather than in Showroom Display . And accessories like chrome are giving a bright and attractive look. Ofc its not a simple dull orange, but it shines and gives different color asthetics in different light conditions.

@@Srinivas7 And also i had a weeks time to make my decision, as my initially booked blue is available for me, and luckily someone canceled their booking, and Sales person called and informed me of Orange availability. Bingo, without a thought i changed the colour. I wouldn't me much happier if i took Blue. Loving my Phoenix Orange Elevate.

There's nothing like Cabin Noise, its the Engine Rev sound you feel. And it is only felt when you are high ROM. I am fine with it, every vehicle has that sound..when you rev hard. Apart from that particular occasion, my drive is 99% within city. so wont be hard on accelerator.

Hello buddy! Congratulations for your new drive. I need to say/ask you one thing…why in this beautiful world honda cars (especially Elevate) don’t have a engine temperature gauge ? This lacking feature is annoying.

In fact many cars dont have, and actually if i say normal drivers too wont be needing an engine temperature gauge, Normally, the temperature wont go beyond the higher limits of 100 or so even if u run for 3-4 hrs as collant and fans will take care to maintain the temperature. And so an indicator is provided for any warnings. New age cars and the coolants are very good for maintaining the temperature. If a temperature gauge is provided, u would be distracted whenever the needle goes to max limit. and u would rather be worrying than enjoying the drive.

@@premlshrini sorry to say but your response sounds lame excuse and not promising at all. Only lower(base) models don’t come with engine temperature gauge, mostly. For example: Maruti Suzuki vehicles. Let’s consider, If that would be the reason as per you, then why Honda Civic/Accord had or has that facility? Any instrument cluster without engine temperature gauge is certainly and absolutely lacking. It seems cost cutting.

@@kd2099 Sorry, if you felt so. And YES here is the gauge. You have temperature gauge, but not in dash board, rather its in the Honda Connect app. Yesterday i was going through all features in the app. Then i saw this temperature,. Just swipe up the home screen in the app, it has 4 features displaying. Coolant Temperature 90⁰ C, Cabin Temperature- 22⁰ Battery 12.7V, Drive Range 343 kms. I will attack a screenshot in youtube shorts.

Bro humble request . I hope u considered all pro and cons before buying elevate with all competitors . Since u owned the elevate what is your genuine comparison between Elevate and Seltos . Which u recommend .

Now your doubt abt Seltos or Elevate, its just a month passed and some 3k or above units sold, you might not find much Elevate vehicles on roads yet. KIA - If u want gimmicky stuff, Sporty colours, But engine and reliability i dont know if its worth or not for long duration. HONDA - Mature, Classy, and simple stuff with smooth engine and Reliability top notch, and hassel free maintenance for long duration, above 10 yrs u say.

And one more point i had Sunroof in my WRV (Smaller kind), i might have opened hardly 4/5 times, but i never felt it useful. Panoramic Sunroof is just a show off, you might not use ever after few initial show offs to frends or so, It heats up the body. ADAS front and back in KIA Seltos Top model, ADAS on any vehicle in India is useless, i turned off all the features of ADAS on my Elevate. Final word, i prefer Honda on any day.

Thank you so much bro . I booked Elevate on August still not delivered the vehicle . How to complain . Mine is second booking in my city . Still they are telling one more month . I was in dilemma to take after a month or in jan 2024 .

@@redjupiter5188 How come this late. I got it delivered the very first day of deliveries. 8th Sep, i picked it on 9th. There might be many bookings from that showroom. Goto honda cars india website, and you can find the email. Mention your grievance, and showroom name. Mention that you would be forced to cancel the booking and may shift to any other car for this delay. Hopefully you may get ur vehicle before festive season.

Unfortunately i live in Hyderabad city, neither hilly terrain nor Ghat Road in near vicinity. May visit a place in a month or so. And pulling power with full tank on flat roads is as good as the fuel tank filled below half level..No idea of hilly terrain as of now.

Maruti ka yaha..bad kehna ka koi intention nahi.. pr Maruti vo log lete, jo khaas kr mileage ka sochte, ya khareedne se pehle hi resale sochte vo Maruti lete. Engine performance, power, safety, and quality etc jo sochte, vo Maruti kbhi nahi lega. Tata lele, Hyundai lele, Honda lele ya VW. Yaha Toyota nahi jodunga, vo bhi Maruti hi hai ab. Pure Toyota zaroor lele vo super hai engines mei.
