Very difficult to understand like this, you could check the clutch free play slack to be proper and also the drive chain slack to be at spec. Better have it checked by a good local mechanic.

How much will it cost to replace clutch plates at showroom? And is it required to change the engine oil if clutch plates broken?

The complete clutch kit costs around 2k. labour should be around 500 to 600 (not sure ). Engine oil change is mandatory.

No purpose as such. just curiosity. The windshield is more for the aesthetics than purpose. And below 100 kmph windshield is not required. Thanks

Out of Curiosity, just wanted to ask you if there is a facility for Kick Start installation in CB350?

Nothing is impossible if you have the budget and the right people working on it. However apart from the feel of kick starting a bike, it has no added advantage. If you have a failing battery, you cannot kickstart modern bikes since the fuel pump and many other components need power from battery to run the engine.

This completely depends on 2 factors. How you ride the bike and the terrain. If you have fair experience of bike riding, and do not ride it hard, it would last for a very long time/ kms. But if bike is ridden in hilly areas where lot of up hill ridding happens, it will last much less. Ideally on a mixed ride within city by an experienced rider, it should last for 25 k to 30 k kilometres. My suggestion is make it a thumb rule to replace clutch kit after 30 to 35k kilometres to regain the new bike feel provided other components are working fine. It costs around 2k plus oil plus labour.

This bike handle is not stock, hence metal bar ends could be installed. In stock H'ness handlebar there is no option for metal barrends( till 2022 model) don't know about the 2023 onwards model.

Though my comment would seen misfit for this video, but I want to ask one thing. Though my CB350RS only 400kms old.. I have noticed while city riding when I'm riding slowly or lazily the gear shifting only for 2nd to 3rd feels hard or jammed at times. But when I'm on freeway shifting feels normal. Any suggestions ? The clutch play and clutch matching is set accordingly manual.

The engine is new. Thumb rule is for 1st 1000 kms ride it as the bike wants to be ridden( in these 1000 kms, you might come across many such small to mid level glitches) Even after 1st service it might stay for some more time). From 1000 kms or after 1st oil change & service, all these should go away. Check it till 1500 kms in the ODO, if the issue still persists (which is most unlikely), then you might inform to the ASC. 2nd to third will become easier with 3k kms on it. But first to second second to first is a big head ache. It gets stuck in neutral and won't engage. Trick is if it doesn't engage in second go to first n vice versa

Many parts available locally. Like oil filter is from shine sp. and for OEM parts, of course you need to buy from company only.

My Clutch failed while riding the bike Yesterday it was completely fine no issue in pickup or gear change, I didn't do any adjustments for the complete 17250 kms, but clutch failed all of a sudden When I said them to check of any manufacturing defect service people did not agree. I don't really understand how a clutch plate failes while riding without any prior symptoms. And after changing the clutch plate, facing abnormal vibration Seriously no idea how to proceed. Service guy is telling it's due to new clutch plate and new sprockets. When I accelerate I am feeling vibration in footpegs, tank and hand bar, when I hold the clutch, not feeling the vibration then it should be from clutch plate or engine. Anybody chnaged clutch plate How is the vibration post changing the clutch
