Oh my God that is genius! I'm going out right now and buying a piece of clear PVC and a bearing, thank you so much that is super helpful! Holy hell I can't believe it was that easy! I have been trying to hold them together by pinching them and turning them back and forth and they like to get caught in there and jam up! Last Week I rebuilt three Honda ignitions, tool worked great used the twist method and altered the notch cutout to be not as deep all worked great.

One of our tech's who viewed this video suggested that as you install a wafer turn your PVC so the tubing holds the wafer then install the next

great video, thanks for sharing. I am a newer locksmith and have never rekeyed honda high security yet, but I have cut plenty of keys. However, what wafer goes into what chamber? I see you have the wafers, but how do you read the wafer positions on these? Where does track A and B go?

Hello how did you know what split waffers to use? Is there numbers on them

Hello Shawn Thanks for your question there is numbers stamped on the split wafers also all Honda locks have codes on them so I get the factory biting from Blackhawk Codes on Line

Sorry to hear it let you down you can buy replacement units from your local auto locksmith and they can key it to your exiting key as well
