The old seam sealer will have cracks. Try to remove the cracked areas because water will seep down through them. I have found that seam sealer to be more the problem.

Thanks for this video. Going to see if sealing this area up fixes my leak which ends up in the trunk area.

@@HirschPower Yes, I'm pretty sure this was the leak for that area. I had wet spots in multiple areas.
