Very helpful. Gave me a good look at the area. My pulley fell apart and so did the main screw adjustment. Luckily, I found it and will be able to reassemble with new pulley. Thanks to you, I think I can do it. Very nice of you to post this.

This looks similar to a 2011 Honda Cr Z it’s on the same side. I’m gonna try and do this on the weekend.
