@@CodgerBiker Good Morning I like to sit more upright. Just a week with a New DCT. What is the Torque setting for the handlebars. Could have saved the postage by buying at SportBike Shop oh well too late.

I used 28nm (which I believe is Africa Twin spec) but you should check for yourself. Also make absolutely certain cables, especially brake lines, are not stretched. Bike tolerances vary. Mine is a manual.

hi thanks for posting this vid. its not the clutch cable you need to worry about but the ruber brake line that i found streched and if that goes you will loose all your brake fuid!!

Yes I checked it after your previous comment. All seems ok at 20mm. But, of course, there's no guarantees. 👍

I received the bar risers last week. I gave my dealership them with the R&G radiator cover. Unfortunately they said there’s not much cable but before I stepped in he said I’ve fitted the radiator cover for free. You a anywhere near Essex London???Free Fosters 36 cans.

Sorry, NW. But there is likely some variation in setups. If dealer not happy then I'd leave them. Not worth the risk of losing front brake, worst case scenario.

what torque did you use?

I went with 28nm. Which I think is Africa Twin setting. But don’t quote me on this. 👍

Dots to top, the clamps should be finger tight and NO gap at the front where dots are. Torque front first then rear. There's a dap of paint on a center punch mark on the bars to the left of the top yoke mounting this should be next to corner of mounting for correctly aligning middle and rotation of bars. The clutch cable will rub by ignition after a couple of thousand miles but doesn't seem to bend it. I also found that bar end fitted Bark Busters fitted perfect with this set up
