Thanks for this video. I did the same today with my kart. I used 6" wide wheels, but the same tires. Went on super easy. My kart has so much ground clearance now! It's a blast to drive off road.

Built for a 6" tire diameter. The diameter has to match the tire/rim exact

Hi ! What is that the biggest rims and tires that you can fit in that race kart? Also y did you choose a 6.5’ rim for a 6’ tire ? Txxx for a reply

The largest diameter rim I could get at Kartworks Canada was 6", in that diameter the smallest width was 6.5". I knew that local tire availability (princess auto, peavey mart) included 6"x6" tires that i hoped would stretch to fit those rims. (Obviously they did!)

Here a old trick a friend taught me to seat a tire use a rope around the tire tight as u add air or a ratchet strap works better
