Thumbs up to this video. Really accurate walk through. Replaced rear bearings on 2003 accord and it went relatively easy. Be sure to use a tongue wrench to tighten them down. Believe specs are 134 lbs.

Great viedo! I had trouble "walking" the inner bearing race off so I used a Dremel tool (cutting disk) to cut a slot in the race to have a place for my chisel to bite...then it pounded right out. Thanks !

On the front you can change just the bearing, but auto parts stores dont carry just the bearings for the rear. If you can press the old bearing out of the hub and find the proper bearing then I would say yes.

so you replace the entire assembly, hub and all. couldnt the old bearing be removed from the hub and just that part be replaced?

The new bearing comes with a new bearing race, so use a chisel to separate the race. I Also used Pb blaster and a big hammer.
