Honda Super Cub C125 Keyless System

Can't believe I had to watch this video but I have owned my Super Cub close to 2 years and have not ridden it since the day I bought it. 2 miles on it. Thanks for waking up my brain..

@@torokun Because I have the Monkey that I ride and the Trail 125. I am down to 17 motorcycles as I am getting rid of some. Just never rode it but in the last couple of weeks since jumping the battery I have put about 80 miles on it. I have 500+ on the Monkey and about 80 on the Trail 125. My ct70's I have like 1300 miles on the two of those. I have a Ness 96in custom that I have not ridden in about 8 years. Had some Suzuki's that I never even put gas in so they were never even started since restoration but sold 4 to a guy for his museum. Guess you can tell I love motorcycles..

@@curtgottler9961 I love owning things. It is like money in the bank. Also you have to remember that hurst and caskets don't have pockets so can't take your money with you. My vintage bikes just keep going up in value. I figure after I put a few hundred miles on my new Hondas that I will throw them behind my back garage and someday when I am off this planet and they are buried in the weeds that someone will be happy and then they can say they found a few Barn Find bikes. LOL

To deactivate the fob you have to hold the button for about five seconds. Do the same to reactivate.

I’m not positive about this yet but if you don’t deactivate the fob by holding down the key button until red light comes on, the cub battery will drain. Not sure about this yet.

Hello I noticed when you turn your ignition on , your bike doesn't beep did you make it not do that ? As mine used to and my son has been playing with my key and now it don't do it anymore

How do you stop people from running away with it? Anyone can simply press a button and rotate said button. Then drive away with it in tow.

You need a key for it to run I think it has an imobilizer. But if your worried about someone rolling it away you can use a disc lock.

i wonder why such a keyless system for a simple bike ,unlike the CT 125 .with key & kick starter .

Not sure why but it sure is handy I love it when doing deliveries. Don't know why they didn't put it on the CT as well.

I wonder if you could install this onto the other 125 class bikes. Imagine a monkey with keyless.

Yeah it's really nice. I do know the 150 ADV has it also it doesn't have the alarm though. There might be some kinda kit that does this.
