I started eating clean this year and staying under 2000mg sodium , I’m on a high protein diet no sugar no white bread or flour , whole grains only . I went from looking preggo to abs , I do work out 3 days a week but I didn’t get rear results until I started eating clean. Keep fighting the good fight!

Emilio, I was wondering if you could use the sump that Kyle & Wyatt used on the K24 in Garsa's Miata. It might help with oil changes, which I remember as being painful due to the sump plug position. It's good to see Hondaru getting some attention, as this is the car that got me watching BoostedBoiz, then PFI & eventually yourself.
