Great video. Accidentally left some liquid in that hole in my B20 block and it broke all the threads out when I went to torque to the last step on my ARP studs.

Great tutorial . I had a bolt break from.its yield point 2 days ago . Its as if it hit a point (in this case helicoil ) and broke stud rather than fully torqueing up on 2nd phase . These settings are oretty low compared to a car say . Of 25 in sequence then 37nm in sequence. Oiling bolts etc what wouod be your advice on this ? I truly want this engine running now I've gone through so much with it its my pride n joy and been off the road for what shouod have been an easy job . (Headers ) Thsnkd

Nice work. What are the measurements of the B16 and B18 drill depth marks on the tap? How far down do you have to drill and tap measuring from deck surface?

Hey bro I hope you see this. I’m having a bad time. Can you tell me the measurement you got for the drill bit like how deep I need to go? ALL my threads are cleaned out messed up and I have NO measurement for the holes. you can please let me know that’d be great. It’s for a b18 LS vtec. My time sert kit is a universal one which includes integras and I don’t know how deep to go due to the threads being messed up

do you use the 2nd spacer for the drill bit on a d16?

Take a small stick like a skewer stick and see how deep you go till you reach the bottom then you will know
