Time 08:49 am. Wednesday Morning, United Kingdom. I've just made a dark roast coffee, sat by my desk with the intention to slowly wake up whilst sorting through admin. Reality? Watches Captain Bradford educate me history and performance. Yesterday I commented on ALBO's video, praising him for serving up 30 minutes of escapism whilst our nation is still in a tiered based lockdown and if I'm honest I have to credit JDM Masters (Captain Bradford and Japonic) for this brilliant video. Looking forward to more great content. Thank you so much.

Fun fact about Honda’s HQ in Japan: the building is featured on the main straight in Tokyo R246 in the Gran Turismo games. Had to point that out because I knew that building looked awfully familiar.

When I was 10 I had a 1970 Honda Mini Trail 50. 3 speed constant mesh and I could wheelie it through all three gears. The front tire never wore out as I rode everywhere on the rear tire it seemed. Great memories as a child. My neighbor had a Honda Super Cub. I believe it was 90cc black and white. I wish I had that Super Cub now. Pre Pandemic I was waiting to purchase a CB1000R but the 2020’s were never delivered to America. I was told by the shop that Honda was going just wait and ship the 2021’s. I never bought one I bought a couple of old two strokes Vespa’s and rebuilding one now. I still might buy the CB1000R though. Nice bike!!!

Given my age, it's not hard for me to imagine the toll that time alone takes on things such as bushings and the like. Therefore the percentage change difference that you've note when it comes to driving this particular car does make sense. The key takeaway for me is that not everyone is looking for the exact same driving experience. Vintage cars such as this one offer unique driving experiences that modern cars simply can't compare with. (Conversely, modern cars offer driving experiences that can't be replicated by vintage cars.) While I can respect the fact that there will always be those who love the new cars, my interest remains with the older vehicles. By the way, I'd definitely be interested to see what happens with your own car and how in turn that impacts your enjoyment of the car.
