I think X blade is commuter bike based on wide seat and low power than the TVS Apache New RTR 160 and RTR 160 (2018) is targeted on 2018 Hornet 160 model. And am using First generation Apache150 still its in good shape, and still the original parts are available , main issue with TVS is servicing at authorized service centres and mainly gear shifts are poor from beginning onwards. Since in both the scenarios the Honda is good.
