Ich hab das Video mit der Boombox von JBL laufen lassen. Der Postboote hat ein Brief auf meinen Küchentisch gelegt( bei uns auf dem Dorf ist die Welt noch in Ordnung). Hab nur gesehen wir er mit nem Lächeln in seinen Postbullli gestiegen ist. Fazit: Deine Videos heilen Körper und Geist👍 P.S. Deine Hausstrecken sind ein Motorrad Eldorado.

Moin, als ich das erste Mal dieses Video geklickt habe, hatte es 523 Klicks. Bin dieses Jahr 18000km gefahren. Fast nur Autobahn und oft bis zum Begrenzer....sehr oft... Wie kann ein so geiles Motorrad nur so günstig sein? 7 Liter und das im Racemodus. 160kmh (Reisetempo) mit offenem Visier🥱😱 220 Tacho sind 200 GPS. 48 € Versicherung und 80€ Steuern. Amazing video thank you, i have had the 07 varadero and currently own SD01 and without any shadow of a doubt the SD01 is by far (for me) the better bike, tonnes more character and grunt without the restrictions, 5 gears well enough alongside the delkevic exhausts. handling is sublime with the Metzler tourances on, brakes spot on and all day comfortable too. ive just sold a tiger 955i, KTM 1190 Adv as this beats them all in everything and if you need to tinker while away a small toolkit is all you need. Out of 140 bikes i have had the pleasure to own, this is the best all rounder. as for the complaints about fuelling, i did 105 miles and all the bike took was 11.2 litres so good fro over 200 miles per tank and i wasnt holding back at all. (25l Tank)

Hey, how does your SD01 only drink 11 L per 160 kms (so something like 7L/100kms)? Mine does close to 10L per 100km on highway speeds of 140/150 km/h... The best I got from the tank was 270km driving real slow.

@@dcftvd No idea mate, like i said mixed riding and a few sprints at 190kph, I finally got 313k's till the fuel warning light came on so filled it and took 21 litres so still had 3. something litres left.

hehe thx man 😊 I love the V2 sound as well 👍 my cousin had a vfr800 pc46, a great bike for shor/fast trips but thats not a great bike for long rides because of the aggressive seating position. I prefer the varadero 😉

@@OscarLiberek den db Killer sollte man auch tunlichst drin lassen, meiner Erfahrung nach. Denn richtig dicht bekommt man es anschließend nicht mehr. Sonst pfeift die vara dir ein Liedchen ;)

Great ride! I've owned a 2003 Vara, but even with the top screen-spoiler (MRA), there was so much wind directly focused into the helmet. Otherwise, perfect ride choice for open roads

@@OscarLiberek the Adjustable spoilers ruin the windflow mate, i have a powerbronze touring screen, the one with the 2 holes cut out in the bottom of the screen, no wind at all.

The Varadero is very high and with the high center of gravity you can feel the weight of 250kg when you drive slowly or when turning/pushing. If you have very little experience with such heavy bikes, it will feel strange at first, but once you get the hang of it there shouldn't be any problems. 😀👍

Hallo eddy, beim Vergaser habe ich nichts gemacht. Die Nadel und Düsen sind original. Nach dem kauf habe ich den Vergaser komplett gereinigt. Luftfilter ist ein normaler und kein K&N. Vielleicht ist bei dir Dreck in den Vergaser gekommen. Hast du deinen Benzinfilter mal getauscht?

For me the varadero is better. I prefer the look of the Honda. The sitting position is a little bit higher. handling is almost the same. The tdm is also a great bike ;)

Ich hatte eine TDM 850 sowie eine TDM 900 und kann dir nur meine Meinung dazu sagen: Die Reihenzweizylinder sind einfach in meinen Augen langweilig, daher mussten beide Motorräder nach je 6 Monaten wieder weichen. An sich gute Böcke, aber ich bleibe meinem V2 der Varadero treu, der hat richtig Charakter. 30ps mehr wären schön, aber man kann eben nicht alles haben...

My varadero is a SD01 from 1999. I bought the bike with the exhaust. I have only the slip one installed don't know if there is manifold avaleb from leovince. Its called: Slip-On BIG Evolution 2. I hope I could help you with that! :D

Hey, please tell me what engine mods you made? My varadero (2006, 60000km) is rather slow innmymopinion. It runs great and I have checked valve clearence and leak down test. Everything looks good. Butnit feels sloow... I think i will try open air box a bit, remove catalytic converter and new exahust. Also disable o2 sensor.. Your bike seems more quick. Maybe just sound difference?

Hey Stefan.🖐 I bought my Varadero 1999 SD01 with 51000km. I think the SD01 series has no catalytic converter installed, but I'm not sure, so maybe I have a better gas flow with the leovince exhaust. The previous owner may have installed a Dynojet Jet Kit. I disassembled the carburetor and can't tell you whether it's the original jets or the ones from the Dynojet Jet Kit. I use an original air filter. Maybe you're right with the sound difference my bike seems faster 😅 I hope I could help you 👍

@@yacinealg152 A 2008 Varadero looks different. The fearing and headlight are modernized. There are more differences from the SD01 to the SD02 but no major changes, I think. I prefer the SD01 look. 😉 High mileage is not a problem for a vara. I replied to your comment above with varahannes regarding to the mileage. Currently he has 670.000km on his Varadero SD01. I bought the bike with a Wilbers shock installed. I think the springs from the fork are also stronger ons. When i changed the fork oil I couldn't see any markings on the springs.

Honda XL 1000 V Varadero ist die korrekte modellbezeichnung, das V steht für den 90° V-Motor nehme ich an.
