Honda XR250L Bottom End Assembly PT1

Follow along as we re-assemble the bottom end on our Honda XR250L enduro. We start with two bare case halves and go over a complete assembly of the crank, balancer, and transmission. Thanks for the video! You answered my question because I have oil in my left side crank case cover (magneto side). Now I know that it is not supposed to have oil in there.

Never tap or bang on a crank with a hammer.. Mallet or not.. Xr Cranks drop right in as long as the Crank Bearing wasn't installed in a bind putting side load on it..
