You will get fired. As per the policies if you are giving views in social media platform. This is against deloitte policy And you are not allowed to speak in any other language other than english. Take care.. tit bits from HR dept Deliotte

Depends on which job profile u r getting, I think in the start of Career you should get some work experience of Indian tax or audit or anything....later on for career growth u can switch to USI .
