HONEST REVIEW: Bamboo tea

Hey guys! I'm back with another product review, this time it's bamboo tea. Bamboo tea is rich in silica which is said to help promote hair growth and nails, while also benefiting your skin. So, I drank bamboo tea religiously for 30 days to see if the hype was real. Here's the site I bought the tea from.

Continue using it for longer that 30 days,you will see a significant difference

I suggest using the tea topically as well. Steep the tea and put it in a spray bottle and spray your scalp & hair.

Just started the same one. Hopefully will see growth in all area especially hair & nails. I drink without sweetener it’s mild enough to forgo sweetener.

I just bought a bag to try again. I remember it being really effective on my nails, I can't speak as far as skin because I had no skin problems prior but it didnt give me skin problems after using it either. As far as hair, I am trying it again on it's own to ser because the first time I was experiencing growth but I was using it alongside hair vitamins. I also stopped out of a combination of laziness, not wanting to spend the price and the tea bags themselves were made out of a weak paper that would often rip based off of nothing, even being really careful, and I didn't have anything for loose leaves so I didn't even get my money's worth. Yours is a recent update with bags that look durable so I hope that is still the case when I receive my order. Thanks for the review!
