Greeting once again from, Canuckistan! I've watched other YT channels who are have hadf their pre/misconceptions regarding Bentonville completely change once they have been there. One of the main complaints I hear as an outsider is that locals are getting priced out of the housing market. I did notice that there is an area that has new more affordable possibilities. Anthony, you're the right person to ask this question to but you are not obligated to answer but you will have earned my scorn for ever!😆...the question,"why don't builders build affordable homes for those who are less minted?" Billy, thank you very much for the kind words. Supply and demand drive prices… Some things are within the control of the builder… Other things are not. If you’ve got a healthy amount of demand that will purchase the home at a higher price… Why would you build something more affordable? I’m not saying it’s right… but that’s the economics of it.
