man, i know how it feels. i am 27, spent my 4 years staying home to take care of my father and brother suffering from severe decease and now when i finally decided to shift to delhi for PCS preparation, i got severe ACL injury, somehow i spent one month at home, but yesterday only i came to know my another knee is getting worst because of all burden on it.
