Location matters so much for dating too. As a pretty good looking South Asian dude, dating in Texas is significantly harder than dating in the northeast near my university. Money is also a huge bottleneck, at least for me. Would love to seriously date and get married by 25, but I can't imagine myself being financially ready to potentially support a wife/kids by that age living in/near any major city.

Hit the gym. Trust me you hit the gym and have a very dont give af personality you'll have girls flirting with you and liking you. Yes money and skill set is one side of the equation but girls still like the athletic hot guy at any age. And when you think about how most guys are overweight don't even lift you're already at a huge advantage and then having the money and skill sets later just makes you that much more of a catch you'll blow the competition. My only regret in college and when I was younger is that I didn't realize when a chick was actually hot for me half the time or I didn't know what to say about it lol back then I figured if a chick was into you she should just tell you but they don't operate like that. lol.

@@TheBryanJun People kind of under estimate it in my opinion leaning out and building muscle. I mean I did the gym/bodybuilding more cause I enjoyed it then getting girls flirting with me was just a side benefit but even when they didn't I still did it. My thing is guys look too much on the money side and status side of it than the arousal side or physically side. The physically side makes her hot for you then money side makes her not want to leave (or at least much less likely).
