I actually love the combination of peanut butter and processed cheese, I make PB+Grilled Cheese sandwiches all the time. And the combinations of chocolate, peanut butter, banana and even bacon are pretty respected, so I agree that if all you did was remove the pepperoni it is likely a very tasty dessert!

Great video man! It's almost weird seeing Cobes recipes made in a sanitary environment... But you won't take these recipes next level and open your own Cobras Cafe unless you do the following: 1. Your bacon has no flavor and you overcooked the flavor right out of it. You need a pan with at least two years of built up grease. So much that you could spoon it out. That's where the flavor comes from 2. What's with the no name cheese? Everyone knows the only cheeses you use come from Lukraine or Saranghetto 3. As witnessed in the recent Bogritto series, this thing needs to be slathered in Country Crock 4. You need to cook with a drink combo. Cobras Cotton candy would have done well here 5. You need a kitchen rag that hasn't been washed in a calendar year to clean up 6. Your knife is too sharp. It's goth to saw through the calzone with quick, epileptic motions and make zero progress Anyways, I hope to see more of these. Would love to see you do the sushi burger and swear at it when the Doritos won't stay on! Nobody told them to be cute! TMDWU!

You can buy a spicy chocolate and chocolate is used in some savory recipes for latin American/Mexican food I believe? Banana is used as a thickener in some other foods so maybe that is why it's not horrible.

Hear me out. Remove the meat and the mozzarella. Replace with a little bit of Neufchatel and/or marshmallow fluff and some bits of chopped candied fruit. Reduce fill volume and use the pizza dough to make two of them. They need to be much smaller and much less bloated. Cook at about... That looks like 325-350 to me, for 25 minutes. Drizzle a CONSERVATIVE amount of chocolate syrup over the top and dust with powdered sugar after baking, instead of the brown sugar on the top. Optionally substitute pizza crust with puff pastry.

I'm thinking it's the salt from the pepperoni that goes well with the chocolate and peanut butter. Might be why it's only a slight after taste. You're right about mozzarella being mostly a mute flavor cheese, so maybe it's a texture thing. Funny how the bacon didn't add anything to the taste. Lastly I appreciate the "saving us from" mutes. Probably would be better without chocolate, and without pepperoni, and with some added cinnamon. Bacon and brown sugar go well together OK, brown sugar and cinnamon go good with banana, so it might be OK. The mozza is pretty neutral, so it can stay.

Honestly, on paper, this could be edible. Peanut butter, bacon, and banana wrapped in a pie crust sounds like a decent sweet + savory hybrid dessert. Cobra just goes too far and ruins it with the wad of pepperoni and excess of added sugars (chocolate, brown sugar, etc)
