Looks good! If a recipe says to fold together, it usually means to use a spatula and gently mix them together rather than with the mixer, but it probably made little difference. Good choice on Garrett!

I've often wondered about the sugar free ice cream. I enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing. Yeah that's right I do food reviews while on the toilet. My brother does his Foody Fashion show on my channel also. He matches the food he reviews with his outfits. He wears songs now.

Popeye's girlfriend has always been named Olive Oyl never Oliva so it's probably just a regional change. I just always assumed it was because you can put Olive Oil on Spinach. Also the spinach is what gave him extra strength, like a temporary power boost.

Just as an fyi. Unfortunately, xylitol is one of the worst sweetners to use on keto. It spikes blood sugar pretty heavily.

¿Saltar-Ojo? 😜 He was stronger than a human, but the spinach made him much stronger, more confident, faster, and capable of defeating otherwise stronger opponents. He could squeeze open a can of spinach while weak. In other instances, like if he was tied up, he could figure out other ways to get a can open. Olive Oyl was his lady, and Popeye called her Olives. Wimpy ate piles of burgers. Swee'pea was an infant. Bluto/Brutus were essentially the same barrel-chested bully. It was a campaign to get kids to eat their veggies (spinach, olive oil, sweet peas). Look! It can make you a superhero! (No explanation, I think, for Brutus/Bluto's mass and power.)
