Yes. This is good. This is really nice. As someone who learns like a brick, having someone bash the information in like this is fantastic. The "HEY STUPID, DON'T DO THAT" method works great for me. Maybe once I'm back off night shift I can come watch the streams again or maybe even submit one of my own. I'm all over the place so I wonder what you'd think lol. Its been like a month, i miss the shenanigans

Amazing video! I absolutely loved this idea, I also think it is a good way to help people to get better at the game too, since you are both providing feedback on what you would have done better, and you get to guess their Wn8 + Win rate, I would say this is a win-win.

I did some messing around with Iyouxin's spotting calculator and found that using vents+CVS gives you better spotting through bushes than vents+optics, but thats about it, so its only best used for bushy maps, where as optics is better for open maps.

As someone said, using great games is a bit flawed, just make them send random battle (where they didnt fuck up hard), it would make a lot more sense imo Also using recent stats is better imo

Good luck on guessing a players WN8 if they mainly drive light tanks like I do. So many great spotting games with virtually zero WN8. It really drags down a persons average.

agree. I love playing lt`s and have been tk`d, pushed into fire, off cliffs etc and verbally abused all because of my stats. do not understand to logic of some players. even an afk tank can be of use.

Not really. A good light tank player will also have good (or at least decent) WN8 eventually. Knowing when to use your gun instead of spotting is one of the most important skillset for a LT player. Also, while some games with near to 0 damage and huge spotting will definitely happen, you will also have games with big damage for LT (even on open maps) and doing damage in LT gives HUGE WN8. It evens out to a degree. (That is also why the additional of guessing WR is important. A 'safer' LT player that is great at spotting and positioning will have very high WR + mediocre WN8, and that could be a factor for guessing)

This was amazing. Your commentary here was really insightful on what is a good play and what is not. Especially when you pause and explain what you would do next instead of judging what already happened. I believe this is some of the best content to learn from. I would like to advise using recent statistics for your judgment though. All-time statistics can be very misleading and downright unfit for how someone is playing right now. There are people who have been playing for more than 10 years and tens of thousands matches on their account, their all-time stats won't even remotely match their performance nowadays.

This is a lovely format. Some feedback: 1. I personally don't think penalty for wrong guess is necessary. The video itself is already a good content and incentivizing people to send trolling video for gold will just sour the input. 2. If you still want to add a price, I would add a requirement of minimum game length and minimum survive time. Not much you can guess if the person is ammoracked at the first minute of brawling session. 3. As an alternative to monetary reward, I would emphasize more on a short advice on what to improve the most at the end of the battle. I think that alone would be a good incentive for people to send replays and watch.

Steve, something I wanted to ask you about. Do you make sure the WN8 is legitimate by checking tank stats? While some do enjoy mid tiers more (5,6,7) simply because they're comfortable there, and the stats usually reflect that.... (They play other tiers okay, but not great, and have accepted their role in the game.) There are several clans and individual players here on NA that focus solely on seal clubbing (sometimes in platoons) in the most OP tanks they can get. The one clan has a commander with an 81% overall win rate, but never plays higher than tier 4-5! Another clan specializes in PZ V/IV platoons, and can have sessions with a 90%+ WR.

why would you set up a bour as a scout when in most games you have 2 or 3 lights on your team...the bour only needs to be able to scout in the latter half of the game if needed...a bour needs to be equipped with today's meta ie speed and firepower...vert stab, turbo, and optics only three items a bour should EVER have...

wot is a disgusting cheat game. everything that is streamed here by these paid storytellers has little to do with the reality of the game. you get the worst matchmaking, RNG is highly manipulated. you will never get anywhere near the hit rates shown here. for wot, missed shots are money and so it is manipulated. and more and more badly armored and of course overpriced garbage tanks are being offered so that you have even more missed shots despite gold ammo and provisions. The worst rip-off.
