Laal mirch aur heeng satvik ki shreni me nhi aate. Ye toh regular wali sabji hai jo humlog ghar par khate hain bina pyaj lehsan ke. Hari mirch aur kaali mirch ka hi prayog hota hai teekhapan ke liye. Jeera dhaniya hi basic masala hota hai. Saadhu sant log tez masala nhi khate.
