FYI there were really old videos for Lea too, not just for Ariana. The person who made the video put more recent clips for Ariana than Lea's, the most recent clip for Lea was the note on Maybe This Time which was from last year... also it's very rare for Lea to do lip sync because she doesn't need it, for example Lea had to do lip sync on the Thanksgiving Day Parade for technical issues of live streaming on tv, but on the Rockefeller Tree Lighting she was one of the few people who sang live. But anyway, both are awesome, both have improve over the years and I love both but my favorite is Lea Michele for sure.

Honestly in total Lea really uses her voice to the fullest. If you only compare high notes few can compete with Ariana. Still Ariana with her "heady" belt will have an easier time going for those high notes. In total Lea is superior in technique and using what she's born with.

They are equally good in their own rights. They have completely different styles so it’s not as easy to compare vocal wise. Obviously if this was a broadway competition Lea would win and if it was a pop/mainstream competition Ariana would win. Though Ari did grow up on a broadway stage, her mature fully developed voice sounds better in pop. She still slays in broadway and show tunes but it’s Leas area of expertise. They both are incredible singers but it’s not fair to compare them because one isn’t better than the other, even though some may disagree.
