Hi Geoff, If you are trying to loose weight, I would squeeze a lemon, add some salt and black pepper and call it the day. I eat alot of baby tomatoes, Avocado, and greens and the above is by far the healthiest option for you and taste great. Tomatoes are high in vitamin C and Avocado is a super food.
