Overall, I would think that the carrots would be mush after cooking so long 1st with just water and then continuing to cook the carrots with butter, brown sugar and butter. Baby carrots are not all uniform size. I find I have to parboil the carrots first just a couple of minutes and then put them in an ice bath to stop cooking. Once the sugar, butter and honey has come to a boil and thickened then put the carrots back into the pan and coat well and conitniue cooking until the carrots are fork tender. Enjoyed watching your vidio though. Thank you.
