Honey Glazed Oven Roasted Pecans with cinnamon | Delicious quick and easy dessert | Crunchy | No oil

INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp of honey
200g of pecans
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp of raw sugar
Bake in the oven on a baking tray lined with parchment paper at 180C (160C fan) 350F. After 5 minutes stir the nuts and then bake for another 7 minutes.

I recently started honey roasting my own pecans and almonds and it is So much better and cheaper than buying it from the grocery stores. Costco has the best price on pecans.

Mixing the cinnamon salt(I sometimes do a little cayenne) with the honey helps coat easier &evenly.

Yes we get it from a local beekeeper here in Germany, but you can use raw honey too.

Tried it but it came out sticky.what did in do wrong. Was goi though

They always remain a little sticky after cooling. Maybe it depends on the kind of honey. Next time try a little less than I did. Normally when I mix the pecans with the honey, there's barely any extra honey left in the bottom of the bowl. I hope this helps.
