Hi Paige, I need your help. I just tried making this dough and it didn't get as elastic or have as much moisture as yours. What do you think happened? Please help! Thank you!

Hello! Thank for the comment and so sorry for the late response! This dough was actually a lot less moist and stretchy than the other breads I have made! The whole wheat flour absorbs more water than all purpose flour so that could be the culprit. I personally found these rolls dry and kind of boring lol. I hope this helps!!

@@PaigeBurrows Thank you for the reply and this helps! I am not familiar with using the wheat flour so I think that was why I was second guessing everything. It still tastes pretty good, though. Also, your channel is so great! I found your channel when I go the book as a gift and your videos literally answered so many of my questions. I just start making bread this year. You are a total bread baking life saver! Thank you :)
