Honeycomb Candy. No Thermometer No Golden Syrup. Also known as Cinder Toffee, Sponge Candy, Hokey Pokey, Sea Foam, Old Fashion Puff, Puff Candy, Sponge Toffee, Turkish Honey, Fairy Food Candy, Angel Food Candy

Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
1/2 Cup Grain Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup/Golden Syrup/Honey (Check below for links)
1 + 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1 + 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Nuts (optional)
Used 9 x 8 inches tray greased with oil. Can use small deeper cake tin as well.
Takes around 8 to 10 minutes to cook and bubble up. Pour immediately onto a greased tray and let cool at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Then break into pieces and store in air tight box at room temperature for a week.
Can be used in cookies, cake decoration, Ice-creams, milk shakes. You can also coat with melted chocolate and gift it to someone too.
