This is the complete instructional video for the assembly of the Foam Mate End Nozzle DIY Kit.
The Honey Do Carpenter invented the foam Mate to inject foam into concrete to make air crete. Air Crete is lightweight, Fire Proof, and bug resistant. We use portland cement mixed with foam to create air crete. It has great insulation qualities and budget friendly. Darwin has also made a mini crane to lift the gables and beams.

Great, you make videos interesting to watch! Had one observation to sealing from leaks , since glueing pic to vinyl and a clamp works how about plumbers tape to any threaded connections to make a seal and also removable

Thanks for sharing this information for free! I have one question. Since waterglass melts at 1,990°f, and fireclay melts at 2912°f, couldn't you just mix portland cement with fireclay and have a decent refractory? Have you ever tried to make aircrete out of fireclay and cement and seen what happens inside a rocket mass heater? Thanks

clay would diminish the adhesive nature of the cement and it would become week and crumbly.
