I cant figure out the temperature...i did exactly what you did.. but my inside was not fully cooked..i had to throw it all away.

Please remember I used a regular oven with burners on the top, meaning not Over counter oven, during the cooking if you see the filling is swollen and brown it means the temperature is too high, must lower it down, if you use over the counter oven, must decrease about 25 - 50F ❤️❤️❤️

Look back at the video, she baked the dough first and then pored the egg mixture and then bakes it again
