Ive received a conditional offer but my potential supervisor told me that the uni has not nominated me for HKPFS and that I am only eligible for partial funding. The other uni has not responded at all neither have they contacted for any interviews. Is there a separate interview process with HKPFS separate from the uni/dept's interview?

In response to your question, one of our guest speakers responded this way: 1. Some schools do interview you for HKPFS while some do not 2. He can email the school he got a conditional offer and request if he can get full funding I hope this helps, congratulations on your feat, it's worth celebrating still
