Use Fried Garlic Oil. The BeeHoon will taste better. For the sweet taste, you can either put sugar or abalone sauce. However, I don't like carrots (optional ). Crispy sweet, use big onion, cut slices. Fat Bean Sprout put lasted, crispy and delicious. Use fresh prawns, Luncheon slices is OK too. Beehoon. Soak better (awhile), put dark soy sauce (mix evenly). When stir-fry beehoon later, color will look evenly nice. As for vegetables, I prefer choy sum. Cabbage OK too. Bean sprouts put last

@@MsRwong @MsRwong Cantonese stir-fried noodles do not use minced garlic, only those from Southeast Asia do. Besides, minced garlic in stir-fried rice noodles will make it sour easily.
