@@Success4u247 May not be nice, or forgiving, BUT it is accurate and honest. Organ out of tune, and female voices way too loud on mixed part. The coughing was rude...the person should have left for water or a cough drop....

The compose Karl Jenkins is Welsh and I don't know what he'd think of this performance!! I've heard a few Welsh choirs performing 'Benedictus' be they male, mix or women choirs. they'd put this one to shame.

The soprano's REALLY over power all other parts and they are way too loud and it is not required. Not the best version of this amazing piece of music. What a shame.

Cor Glanaethwy's version is much better...they are a mixed choir...and it sounds heavenly with them doing it. SATB is frankly better than male only on this one...sorry guys my opinion...the organ was good but needed to be a bit quieter despite it being a crescendo part to allow the voices to be heard. This should not have been entitled a male choir version when it was clearly SATB...Honley was obviously only a section of the entire group in this piece. And I agree that the sopranos overtook the males way to much....it should be blended...Cor Glanaethwy can show you how....good effort though....shame about the organ being too loud, and sounds like it does need some tuning work as well....and whomever the people were who were coughing should have left the room rather than rudely ruin the experience for others....just no manners!

I personally prefer Cor Glanaethwy's version of this song. The organ is to loud for this arrangement the voices are not sharp and clear and the female voices over power the male making the chreshendo off ballance. In two words: "It Sucks!"

it is loud and joyful and who cares - it is a great bit of beautiful noise compared with the rubbish we hear and yes, Cor Glanaethwy's version is the best next to Only Men Aloud - please check your spelling dude "too", "overpower" and oh my goodness "crescendo" not chreshendo got it now Jack Sprat!!! xxxx

Also, the microphone on this camera, maybe its a phone will make it sound odd, as the frequencies it cant and cant pick up will affect the sound

My personal opinion: this beautiful piece should only be performed by male participants. The female high voices don't fit this songs mellow format.

Awfull version! There is no "fortissimo" in all this song! No good in my opinion, sorry🙁
