Your are one of the few that has given a positive review on the camera. I just ordered this phone because of this review.. Other reviews just complain about what it can't do and never mention what it can do. It's a 200 dollar phone..and Yeah xiaomi phones have a better camera for the same price point but honor 8X has style and performance.

I'm seriously thinking about getting the Oppo F11 Pro but this Honor 8X is making me think twice. What do you think, is the F11 Pro worth the extra coin? The 8X costs $220 for the 128GB version while the F11 Pro costs way more at $365, and even then it only offers 64GB. Yes the F11 Pro has better low light camera performance but is it worth spending $145 more for? And does the Oppo offer substantially better image stabilization? Thanks in advance.

I Just got my honor 8x and i have a problum.. The camera app itself works amazing, but when i try to take a photo via snapchat, messenger etc. the screen looks like its zoomed, it is much closer to objects than it should be. It also effects the quality of the Pictures. Have you had that problem?

Hey, I just got the J6+ but very disappointed when taking videos there is this constant "stabilization" going on and just awful...as I shoot tennis videos I need something that just stays still when recording. After watching you video, I went on buying this phone. Deeply disappointed by the camera performance. AI is really bad, over saturates everything, even in good day light. Night light yields very bad quality images. So unfortunately not a honest review.
