Everybody talks about its neighbour Camden. Chester was also once an important and prosperous city. It's a shame.

Some of you point your fingers at Chester and don't know why in some areas of the city look the way it does, A Majority of the properties are owned by people who live in other cities and those buildings go to bring down the property value so that they can buy at a low price for redevelopment.
