Superchargers are not for horsepower they are for the sound, if horsepower is what you want you go turbos and crank the boost up til you got the horsepower you want or pistons melt :P

MrDansive Superchargers are for horsepower, just a more predictable boost curve and a more streetable engine. Turbos, yes, can make more power than a supercharger because they reuse otherwise wasted exhaust energy to make more power, rather than siphon the kinetic energy out of the crankshaft. Also, superchargers don't always make that whine sound. Turbos are usually better for racing, which is mostly full throttle, therefore full turbo pressure, low turbo lag. This is why twincharging exists, for the good boost low down with the SC, and the high boost with the TC once the SC is bypassed.

How Crazy!! Man I've been following Sheepy Built since I can remember when he only did Hondas, and I remember that it was a big deal when he finally started doing Evo's and the reason I followed him so much like a Fan Boy is because the work they do is beautiful. I remember how amazing the hood exit Header/Manifold was for my buddies Civic before the car was wrecked that was a Sheepy Built Header, and it was pure art and performance. It kinda reminded me of a Pipe for a Two Stroke Motocross bike, since I ride and have all my life it was the first thing I thought of when I saw the hood exit style Sheepy Built Header since it is tapers and gets big toward the end of the exit and then tapers back down a little before the exit. I just loved the quality of the welds on the manifold it looked like something out of a book on artistic welding, if that is a thing. Cool that he's doing so well, and even cooler that Hoonigans got him on the show! Great job getting him guys! Love his work, and love this show, so it's a great combo.

You can't bend titanium iirc. So you must make pie cuts and weld them together to make a turn. The sharper the turn, the more cuts and welds. Titanium is extremely lightweight and heat resistant so it makes for a good exhaust. Very time consuming for a car like this that has such tight tolerances with two 67mm turbos back there. I definitely believe him when he said it took 4 days to make that.
