Well, that's like saying you paid for 5 seats on one flight. Your licence really can't be suspended 5 times at once. It can only be suspended one at a time. She most likely has 5 unpaid tickets that have to be cleared up before she can get it back. An alternative is that her licence was suspended 5 times and reinstated 4 times which I highly doubt this is the case here. Put it another way: if you get arrested and put in jail, your term can be increased by adding charges but you can't be put in jail again, if you're already there.

After some very abnormal, beyond the realm of imagination extreme trauma I had a bad evening and wound up arrested for some pretty serious stuff. After I was coherent enough to understand the officer came in and told me the charges, I nodded, looked him in the eye and said "Fair enough, no hard feelings" and continued to treat them like intelligent adults and not act absurd towards them. Apparently that behavior is some kind of magic talisman because they didn't even take me to jail that night but let someone come pick me up. Unfortunately, one has to say that there is a certain amount of injustice here in Switzerland. If you drive a car while drunk, it will not be punished with intent, but with insanity. "So the driver wasn't sane." There are hefty fines for them, but what the police do varies. I have already experienced that there were guilty parties who got away with a warning. People especially tend to turn a blind eye to wealthy people who live in the same canton as the cantonal police. In the event of bodily harm and the like, it's over again. Then tougher action will be taken. This woman in the Video is called the village plum, or village bitch. That's what she looks like too. It doesn't surprise me that she would make such a statement. It's just typical when women who have always gotten away with everything don't have to take responsibility. I can bet my last salary that she's into coke. I don't know anyone who is like that and doesn't like having a white nose. Also where she lives, in Switzerland but also in Florida. This woman never earns enough to afford such things. Up to 0.079% it's a smaller fee (I think something around $800) but after that it is getting really expensive, you lose your license and you could get jail time if you did other stuff like speeding, etc. But you mostly are safe from jails if it's the first time.

Field tests are not there to prove them sober. It’s purely to gather further evidence for court. The cops already know when someone’s under the influence. They know. But want more evidence. All they need is a breathalyzer test. And fyi field tests aren’t mandatory to take. Only requirement is breathalyzer.

There's no proving yourself sober. I've seen so many people do perfect on their field sobriety and not a single one of them were ever let go. Once they "smell alcohol", you're guilty.

NOT just THAT, because of body and/or dash cams they (police officers) actually no longer have a CHOICE, it's more like: once you've been pulled over with an OBVIOUS drunken dash cam recorded infraction (obvious: stopped so far out in the intersection you are practically IN the intersection [her], or driving 15 mph on hwy with 55 mph limit, or weaving all over road, etc) then when officer approaches your window your inebriation is so obvious even the untrained [us] can see it because you can't complete sentences you are answering with [her] or you're slurring words, or your head's weaving; the cop HAS TO do his job or lose it. Depends on the officer. If she had offered to suck his d*** and none of it was recorded this would have gone way different. Plenty of cases out there because until recently it was even illegal for Cops to do this in NYC lol. You can look up the cases yourself.

I think if I were staying in a foreign country, I'd be sure to pay any and all traffic tickets I received, plus make sure I was compliant with any requirements needed to drive a car! I can't drive in a filthy car. I feel claustrophobic asf. My car has always been immaculate. I'm 30. If I have to get into someone else's car that is trashed I try not to touch anything and take a shower immediately after ASAP. It makes me sick to my stomach 🤢
