Haven't found another song that does it quite as well. There are certainly happier and sadder songs, but not at the same time. I think it's because it's a breakup song that comes from a place of earnesty and goodwill rather than bitterness or anger.

OK, I totally agree with your sentiment here, but as I read your comment, I imagine alopecia actually resulting in the loss of the entire scalp. Oh man, wouldn't that be gruesome? You'd have scraps of skin falling off everywhere. I am very grateful to live in a world where alopecia is limited to hair loss. I am also very grateful to live in a world containing Hop Along.
