This proves that Aurora's love for Klaus is real and still as strong because even being the attention of a God , she chose to save the daughter of her former lover who hated her and who only saw her like an enemy, she decided to save the daughter of her first love.

After being the reason for Cami’s vampirism and death, I hated Aurora and thought no amount of redemption would change how I feel. But this scene made me realise that Aurora is a good person inside. She was just misunderstood. Elijah took her freedom for a whole century, Tristan locked her up even more making her eventually have mental episodes and breakdowns, Klaus grew out of love for her, and she was locked up again for years. But deep down she still cared.
