This is definitely the most terrifying phenomena. It's one thing that there's a dangerous kaiju, or an unpredictable eldritch horror, or a foreseeable natural disaster- all of these can be at least reasonably understood. The fact that people just disappear out of thin air when you're not near them, never to be seen dead or alive, is such an existential dread. The fear of the unknown is the most terrifying, and having nothing to go by, no signs of struggle, no bodies, no screams, no creature or eminent action happening. The horror of literally nothing happening and everyone around you is gone without a trace.

I like the concept of videos like this, but idk if they add much more than what i could have gotten in a text based format. Im a pretty quick reader and have always hated the idea of only getting bits and pieces of text at a time, since I tend to read and wait and get impatient and then skip forward and end up missing stuff. I hate feeling like my comprehension of something is being limited to the speed of someone else's reading. I wish there was a pure text version of this i could read somewhere. At least narrated SCPs i can put on and do something else, or read the SCPs on my own when i want to. This feels like the worst of both worlds. Just my two cents. I'd love for there to be a written version somewhere i can just read at my own pace, or maybe if the video itself had blocks of text at a time that were narrated, that i could read on my own quickly before skipping forward to the next block or something.
