I need to try this again with the RTX 5090 when the time comes. Amazing Fidelity, I could only imagine what native 8K looks like. The 4320p "8K" option will eventually become available.

I am waiting for 45-inch 5120x2160 glossy OLED gaming monitors. They are expected to hit the market in the second half of 2025. A 45-inch 5120x2160 glossy OLED monitor would provide next level immersion. Imagine how breathtaking it would look in person.

@@Bang4BuckPCGamer It definitely could be the sweet spot resolution for the RTX 5090. I am afraid to think how much a 5120x2160 OLED gaming monitor would cost. I won't be surprised if it costs nearly the same as the RTX 5090. It should be awesome, though.

how to set 8k? I don't have this resolution in my nvidia panel, there is only dsr 6144×3240

Putting that 24GB VRAM to use I see. Crazy how the Horizon games run so well while looking like this meanwhile a much smaller game like Silent Hill 2 has a much worse performance.

Horizon games don’t use any raytracing. Silent Hill 2 always had RT on, as Lumen is software based RT.
