The first half of the kzbin.infoUgkx3ICSK6nSknaL_45CU2NmFSoXjarGMDiJ book is everything about wood: types, tools, finishes, setting up shop etc. The second half is all about doing projects for inside and outside of the home. The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.

Amazing! Loving some of your tools and gadgets. You obviously know your stuff. One thing though - please get a dust extractor for your track saw at least. I didn't for about 12 years and now my chest is not what it used to be. It also saves a load of cleaning up! Just a word to the wise 😉 Great job though. Congrats

We went from the bare minimum tools, off of craigslist, to this shop in 2 years. It just depends on how dedicated you are. We are both full-time college students and have worked hard for every penny to get this shop to where it is today. Its takes a lot of sacrifices, but anyone can do it:)

Very interesting video and the final bed looks very good! Unfortunately, it's only an idea for people who has the space for making it. If you don't own the space for a workshop (and no garage or cellar) it is tricky to make it yourself because: where should you store your tools, the wood and so on. Most people here in my country are living in small rented apartments with no garages. Nevertheless, a great idea and bed!
