I broke all the rules and mine works just fine. I use only the large tubes top & bottom and no bushings in the pivot block. I feed 9mm, .223, .38 without a problem. The only small mod I made to help keep 9mm from falling out when dropping is a piece of scotch tape about 3/4 around the bottom of the tube, basically emulating the notched tube he showed. If the adjustments are right small shells feed fine with the large tubes. I initially did it because I got the feeder used and didn't look for instructions on how to set it up. I had no idea what the different tubes or the bushings were for. As often happens, I just made it work my way. Now that I see the what the bushings are for I may try them just to make 9mm feeding more forgiving of the adjustments.

You mean dropping from the twisty thing into the shoot? Not sure what that part is called:) You have to adjust the threaded part down so that only one case will drop at one time. If it is to high above the part that twists more than one case can come through.

I see the case feed adapter but not the drop tube. Do you make them in both sizes? both small and large?

Hello, I have stopped selling anything on eBay, they want a SSN number so they can tax everyone. I refuse to give them my SSN. Sorry.
