I just did a livestream where I couldn't place the second hand and then I couldn't put the crown stem because I cut too much 😂😅I didn't have the appropriate tools, and my pulse is terrible, but at least I learned a lot by doing it.

How do you take off the crown stem again when when it’s back in and the hands are on?

So why is it that when I push mine on, when I go to do the minute hand it'll barely stay on until I give it a tiny bit more force then it bends both hands. I've gone through two sets of hands and I know from watching tons of vids I'm not using too much force. It almost feels like the minute hands hole for the stem is too small
